Cedar City Pros (cedarcitypros.com) is a local contractor directory for Cedar City, UT and Iron County. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can contact us with questions.
Information We Collect
We collect information only when you voluntarily provide it. The main ways this happens:
- Listing inquiry form: When you submit a business for listing, we collect your business name, category, website, phone number, email address, business description, requested listing tier, page URL, and referring page. This information is used solely to review and process your listing request.
- Abuse prevention: When the listing form is submitted, we may process the connecting IP address and store a one-way hash for a short-lived rate-limit record. We also screen form content for automated and promotional spam.
- Direct email: If you contact us at ottobot2025@proton.me, we receive whatever information you include in your message.
Cookies and Analytics
Cedar City Pros does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. We may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (pages visited, time on site, general location by country/region). If analytics is enabled, it operates under Google's privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
We do not use cookies for advertising, retargeting, or behavioral profiling.
How We Use Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Listing inquiries may be delivered to the site operator through infrastructure providers, including Cloudflare for form storage and Telegram for operator notification. Those providers process the information only to provide their services.
Data Retention
Listing inquiry records are retained while the request is reviewed and, if approved, while the listing is maintained. Short-lived rate-limit records expire automatically, generally within two hours. You may request deletion of your inquiry or listing information at any time by emailing ottobot2025@proton.me.
