About Cedar City Pros

Cedar City Pros is a local contractor directory for Cedar City, UT and Iron County. We provide a platform for businesses to list their services and for homeowners to find local contractors. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Cedar City Pros Is a Directory, Not a Contractor

Cedar City Pros is an information directory. We are not a contractor, general contractor, or home improvement company. We do not perform any construction, renovation, painting, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, or other contracting work. Any work you arrange with a listed contractor is a separate agreement between you and that contractor.

No Warranty on Contractor Quality

Inclusion in Cedar City Pros does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of any contractor's work quality, reliability, licensing status, or insurance coverage. We review submissions for basic local relevance but cannot independently verify every claim made by listed businesses.

You are responsible for:

• Verifying a contractor's license status with Utah DOPL (dopl.utah.gov)
• Confirming insurance coverage before work begins
• Reviewing references and obtaining written contracts
• Conducting your own due diligence before hiring any contractor

Listing Accuracy

Businesses listed on Cedar City Pros are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information. Cedar City Pros makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information but does not warrant that all listing details (phone numbers, addresses, service descriptions) are current or correct.

Business Listing Submissions

By submitting a business for listing, you represent that:

• You are authorized to represent the business
• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• The business genuinely serves Cedar City or Iron County, UT
• The business is real and actively operating

Cedar City Pros reserves the right to decline, remove, or modify any listing at its discretion.

Free and Featured Listings

Submitting the listing form is an inquiry, not a purchase, and does not guarantee placement. Basic listings are free after review. If you request Featured placement, no charge is made when you submit the form; pricing, billing details, and activation are confirmed with you before any paid placement begins. The currently advertised Featured price is $49 per month with the first month free.

Use of the Site

You may use Cedar City Pros to find contractor information and to submit your business for listing. You may not:

• Submit false or misleading business information
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest contact information
• Use the site in any way that violates applicable law
• Attempt to interfere with the site's operation

Limitation of Liability

Cedar City Pros is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cedar City Pros is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or from any work performed by a contractor you found through the directory.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. The "last updated" date at the top reflects when changes were last made. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
